Hitchin Street Food Monthly in partnership with Food Locker and sponsored by Capsicana is bringing the heat with the first Hitchin Taco Wars in Hitchin Market Place on Saturday 5th October 2019.
Eight of Hitchin’s finest independent businesses will compete for a cash prize and the coveted Capsicana Cup!
Each trader will be asked to create a truly amazing taco worthy of being crowned taco champion, and it’s up to the taco adoring public to vote for the winner.
